What is the minimum quantity for an order and can orders ever be placed under this minimum?


Our minimum order amount is $400 for ONLINE orders. This amount qualifies customers for FREE shipping to destinations in the Continental U.S. The minimum amount for traditional ordering such as phone, fax or email is $250.


What is the minimum quantity for an order and can orders ever be placed under this minimum?


Each item's default minimum quantity is the inner pack and must be ordered in multiples of that quantity. We operate out of a public warehouse, so we must adhere to these minimums.


Can you ship to a foreign destinations?


For online orders we will only ship to destinations in the continental U.S. If you would like to ship out of the country, Alaska or Canada, please contact us directly. Freight costs will need to be calculated on a case by case basis.


Can I order one piece of an item?


Only clothing items can be ordered individually. All other items must be ordered by their inner pack.


Do you ship out back-orders?


No, sorry all back-orders are canceled


When can I expect my order?


Orders ship out from our warehouse in CA typically within 5-7  business days from receiving the purchase order. At this time, due to current strains on domestic and international transit, the fulfillment and shipping could take a few extra days.


Do you offer free shipping?


Yes, on all orders $400.00 or more to destinations in the continental U.S.


Do you drop ship orders?


No. However, we will drop ship entire orders that are over $400 and that are being shipped to a destination located in the continental U.S.


My online order is over $400, why can't I place my order?


Please make sure you have a shipping address located in the continental U.S.


Are Net 30 Terms available?


Yes, please note that we require a Visa or MasterCard your first order and you can apply for terms after your first order.


Why don't I receive an invoice with my packages?


Products are shipped from our warehouse in California. Invoices are sent separately from our headquarters in Massachusetts.


What if I receive damages with my order?


Please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order to report any damages so that we can apply credit to your account and/ or credit card.


Where are your products made?


China, with the exception of stainless-steel and tapestry placemats which comes from India


Do you sell replacement bowls for your 3pc feeders?


No we do not.


Can I only order 1 color?


Only if the item is NOT sold in an assorted packs. Inner packs cannot be broken.


Is your clothing available year round?


The clothing products in our clothing catalog are carried and sold predominantly in the fall and winter. However, we do carry and stock year-round essential clothing such as Pajamas and Slickers.


Are you a pet store?


No we are not a pet store. We only sell wholesale to retailers. We do not sell directly to consumers


Are your products pet safe?


Our #1 mission and priority is to always make sure ALL of our products are PET SAFE! We demand and receive, from our factories, stringent quality control standards to ensure that our goods meet our, and your, quality expectations and fully comply with the USA FDA standards.
